We are obsessed with condos, technology, and our client's experience with our products. As our traffic grows, Digi is looking to continue to improve the way we engage with our clients who use our digital products by enhancing their condo search with value added tools. Our primary platform is CondoDork.com.

Who you are

We are looking for a talented and competitive Licensed Realtor that thrives in a fast-paced environment with an abundance of leads. This is a full-time Rental Agent position with the opportunity to advance to a Buyer Agent role within the Company. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and conversion objectives. You must be comfortable holding multiple showings per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing rentals and sales. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Love for real estate and helping people
  • Experience working with Pipedrive.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • Desire to grow
  • Drive to achieve and surpass sales targets

Qualifications

  • Valid Ontario Real Estate License
  • Personal vehicle with mandated insurance
  • Ability to travel

What You’ll Get to Do

Qualify leads from booking showings to drafting and finalizing agreements. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Qualify leads and determine timing for prospects, unit preference and price point
  • Maintain diligent notes and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Follow up with all leads
  • Schedule and coordinate showings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Fulfil necessary compliance documents to complete the transaction
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • You’ll work closely with experienced real estate sales professionals and founders who will coach you and develop your skillset
